Regensburg
Cute town touring beat out hiking this Sunday as we opted to visit Regensburg, a stunning city on the Danube a little over an hour north of Munich. I accidentally just wrote Houston first and had to erase it. Regensburg didn't suffer much damage in World War II and is one of Germany's best preserved cities. They still use the stone bridge built there in 1146. And they have a spectacular cathedral, cute coffee shops where Jeremy and I did our German homework, and pope t-shirts at the low price of seven euros.
