The tallest peak there is Wendelstein, one of our very first hikes here. One that left us tired enough to necessitate taking the tram down. But today we braved Breitenstein, another lovely hike with gorgeous views and treacherous snow that left me on my hiney numerous times on the way down. Three or four at least.
